Senior Sales Executive

AJW Aviation Middle East is a global leader in aftermarket aviation components and solutions. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Dubai-based team, focused on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting airlines, MROs, and aviation partners across the region.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and key customer relationships.
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain long-term partnerships at multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Drive proactive outbound sales initiatives to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research on pricing history and trends for spare parts to support competitive quoting and strategic pricing decisions.
  • Analyze purchasing patterns, market trends, and inventory to identify opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Manage complex RFQs and RFPs, overseeing the full quoting and sales cycle for major deals.
  • Monitor open orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with product line teams to optimize pricing strategies and promote high-demand inventory.
  • Identify and close purchasing and consignment opportunities with customers.
  • Represent AJW Aviation Middle East at industry conferences, networking events, and onsite client visits.
  • Support initiatives for product diversification and repair management to expand service offerings.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to overall sales strategy development.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market positioning and growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Uphold AJW Aviation’s brand values through professional and ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the aviation aftermarket sector.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and generating new business.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aviation components, repair processes, and certification requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Experience in commercial aircraft component sales and Component Control (Quantum).
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
